After calling 3 different A/C companies and getting all 3 quotes for a new unit I called One Hour and the difference in the way the Technician presented himself from the start of our meeting I felt as comfortable as if I knew him from before. He offered me options for different things that the other companies did not offer. I suffer from severe allergies and the products that were presented to me over and above a new A/C system was very impressive. The Technician was very sincere and not pushy as the other companies. I picked One Hour Air to install my new unit and UV lights and other extra things for my allergies even though I paid a few dollars more but it was all worth the monies.
